Returns are accepted only for men’s dresses that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Dresses showing signs of wear, stains, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Dresses that have been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., tailoring, hemming, or customization) are not eligible for return.
Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may not be eligible for return unless defective.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are required for verification.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
